We have an exciting opportunity to support our growth and we are on the lookout for a talented Head of Digital Marketing who lives and breathes digital marketing.
As our Head of Digital Marketing you will be well versed in e-commerce, have a strong understanding of both performance and brand marketing and how to leverage both of these to work cohesively to drive performance and awareness of Childrensalon in new and existing territories. You will have a strong portfolio to showcase your past successes. You are keen to work with the latest technological advancements that house well within our core brand alignment.
You will be as comfortable within Adwords as you are with Brand Marketing Initiatives.
You will own the digital marketing strategy from inception, execution and reporting, working alongside the Creative, PR, Merchandising departments to deliver the overall business strategy.
As Head of Digital Marketing you will be reporting directly to the Digital & Marketing Director. Managing a team of 12 talented team members with 4 direct reports, you will be an excellent communicator and extremely adaptable and calm under pressure.
Head of Digital Marketing will manage the following areas within the Digital Department:
Responsible for 65% of revenue to the business, you are extremely well versed in Paid Digital Advertising and Technical & Content SEO. You understand Native advertising and how to integrate with a solid content marketing strategy.
Conceptualise engaging localised campaigns tailored to the target markets. Alongside the Editorial team leverage an elaborate content marketing plan to engage users in the research and inspire phases. Partner with our brands to deliver brand campaigns throughout all channels.
Social Media & Outreach:
Build communities, engage and inspire our users through social media. Using social media to reach new customers through content marketing. Build a collection of brand ambassadors across the globe to amplify our brand messaging/campaigns.
Through ESP’s, digital, offline and app you will be responsible for driving repeat engagement & purchases through our loyalty programme and other key initiatives.
Customer Relationship Management:
You will be working with the rest of the business on defining a VIP programme and create an extremely unique experience for these customers
