Job Description

Whether it’s arranging the delivery of oil equipment to a remote location, organising flights for a Premier League football team, or booking private jets to an island resort, the sky’s the limit when it comes to the charter business.

Working as part of a small marketing team, we require a brand manager to help ensure our marketing activities send out the right image for our core charter products and subsidiary companies.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing, implementing and overseeing specific brand projects.
  • Overseeing creation of marketing materials and campaigns from design through to completion.
  • Maintaining brand guidelines and ensuring that employees follow them.
  • Establishing and maintaining templates (e.g. Word, PowerPoints, email signatures).
  • Liaising with suppliers such as design agencies, printers and event organisers.
  • Evaluating success of materials and campaigns and suggesting amendments and improvements if required.
  • Working with in-house legal and compliance staff to ensure messaging is correct and consistent across materials.

Skills required:

  • Up to five years’ experience in a similar role gained in-house or at a marketing agency.
  • A strong track record in managing creative projects from start to finish.
  • Experience briefing creative projects to suppliers and quality controlling materials.
  • Skills in Adobe InDesign and Adobe Photoshop an advantage.

Personal specifications:

  • This is an ideal role for someone who is passionate about marketing and full of creative ideas to bring to our team, as well as having a keen eye for detail.
  • You need to be an excellent communicator as you’ll be dealing with people all of the time – from senior managers and sales teams to creative agencies and other suppliers.
  • Working as part of a small and energetic marketing team you’ll need to be very hands-on. With around 250 colleagues worldwide who rely on us for marketing guidance and support, making sure we deliver isn’t always easy, but we pull together to get things done.
  • With a varied workload you need to be able to balance lots of different priorities, so good organisational skills are essential.
