We are looking for a head of marketing with a strong background in digital, branding and E-commerce who can help grow and develop our team and lead from the front. Somebody who loves brands, campaigns and breaking barriers.
Manage a marketing team of six and help it develop, refine and grow. Adopt our clients Agile methodologies to manage workflow and be reactive as a team.
Become the brand guardian and help set the direction, guidelines and development of the brand.
Set the strategic direction for digital marketing and coordinate all related departments towards achieving this strategic goal.
Create and manage budgets across the department and be willing to double down when things are going well and cut back when something's not working
Manage all digital marketing to drive quality acquisition traffic to the website and ensure that the website is looking and performing to the best of its ability.
Design, develop and manage short and long-term digital strategic campaigns to keep the brand engaging and helping to build a loyal customer database.
Be the custodian of the best channel strategy and execution that will maximise the successful outcomes of your campaigns and deliver the business targets;
Deliver personalised, contextual and impactful campaigns and align all your stakeholders in content and product to ensure you have all the resources needed for the successful deployment of your campaigns;
Manage the day-to-day schedule of campaigns by safeguarding the annual comms plan whilst running efficient test & learn plans to optimise and improve campaign performance;
Ensuring E-comm operational performance; create reporting dashboards and champion campaign success in the business;
Manage third party PPC contractors to ensure maximum performance and return on investment.
Evaluate new technologies and applications as well as new digital marketing channels, keep up to date with industry trends and developments in E-comm marketing to ensure the company stays ahead of the game in its strategy to engage and grow our customer base;
Lead on all digital creative assets and coordinate photo/video shoots as required and ensure that they are optimised.
