We’re recruiting on behalf of one of the UK’s leading organisations operating within the Hospitality, Travel and Outdoor Education sector.
They are looking to recruit a Head of Marketing to offer strategic leadership to their marketing function and develop and implement a new and exciting Marketing strategy across all business channels. You’ll be accountable for driving commercial performance, establishing a clear brand identity and contributing to the overall business strategy.
This is a multi-site role with time mainly split between Brighton and London, but national travel will be required.
What you’ll need…
Previous experience within a ‘Head of Marketing’ or equivalent level senior management role.
Experience creating and implementing a multi-brand, omni-channel marketing strategy.
A high competence in project and stakeholder management.
A commercially focused outlook with the ability to support and influence sales performance.
The ability to track customer insight and report to various business functions as required.
