You will be responsible for owning the day to day management and delivery of multi-channel digital marketing campaigns to drive the growth of online business for Travis Perkins. When you join the team you’ll be responsible for putting customer insight and data at the heart of everything you do across all of our channels, while being forward thinking and bringing new and innovative ways to market to our customer to the table. You’ll work collaboratively with our internal and external partners, to make sure our digital communications are spot on every time.
What you’ll do:
Be an expert in all digital marketing channels and platforms, proactively supporting the wider team to deliver efficient ways of working across different digital marketing channels.
Manage all aspects of the Travis Perkins multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, which includes but is not extensive PPC, SEO, Social Media, Display, ECRM, Video Marketing, PR, Digital Radio. Ensuring we are hitting channel objectives including visits, ROI and budget targets, while always driving improved optimisation through channels.
Be the customer expert, using data analytics of our customer and prospect behaviour online to formulate plans that will ensure efficient and profitable customer targeting to drive conversion.
Be the campaign lead ensuring the adoption of the multi-channel strategic approach. Working across teams to influence and ensure consistency, while managing our selected agency partners to deliver best in class cross channel digital marketing
Stay on top of the industry and subject and become the internal subject matter expert for SEO and digital marketing trends.
Constantly driving a test and learn approach, using results and data to further improve, whilst also recognising where there may be new opportunities.
Analyse the performance of campaigns and identify and suggest conversion optimisation opportunities to improve ROI and drive performance.
Proactively develop strong working relationships with key teams such as commercial, Marketing and agencies to ensure campaigns are fully optimised and kept up to date.
You’ll definitely have:
Min 2 years experience in similar roles that has heavy bias towards online channels
A good understanding of how digital channels integrate with one another
Experience of working with customer data to inform decision making
Strong analytical skills, with previous experience of using online analytics packages
