Our client is led by a bunch of innovative people who are using ‘out of the box ideas’ to create and deliver both on and off-line campaigns to a variety of sectors which include Pharma, Professional Services and Tech.
We are on the lookout for a driven, passionate and determined Account Manager to join an existing small team.
What other local agency can give you exposure to this:
Digtial (website, apps, banners, e-shots, digital PoS), Direct mail, to point of sales, exhibition literature, event management, animation… The list is endless to their capabilities and experience. You will learn and grow (promotion available) with the business to establish yourself as a key member of the team and the ‘go to’ person for your clients. You will likely have one ‘key’ client alongside a number of smaller clients/campaigns which will run simultaneously.
Based in the beautiful town of Henley with lots of shops, places to eat and great riverside surroundings, you will be spoiled for choice on where to take your lunch break, meet friends for a drink or go for your ‘after work’ catch up with your team

About the ‘Account Manager’ role:
Developing great relationships with clients, offering strategic and creative advice. You will develop an in-depth understanding of each client’s marketing objectives, working with them to deliver ROI.
Working with the creative and technical process and ensuring projects are delivered on time
Creative process management: briefing studio; evaluating concepts, design and copy; interpreting, challenging and managing Client amends
Client liaison: build and maintain relationships at all levels; meetings; presentations; reporting; managing expectations
Project and production management: create and drive time plans; manage artwork to print/production; web (and other electronic media) development; on-time delivery
The ‘Account Manager’ candidate:
Attention-to-detail in everything that leaves the office: from single e-mails, Client presentations to print runs of thousands or websites seen by millions.
Working successfully with your Account Manager and other line managers
Commercial savvy: quoting; invoicing; assisting with budgeting; and keeping an eye on internal resource costs to help drive profit
Social: keeping up with industry trends, campaigns and innovation and sharing with the team
