The role:

As part of one of our core teams, you’ll be responsible for supporting SEO activity across a number of clients, whilst building a deeper understanding of SEO through a combination of training, self-learning and hands on experience. You’ll be a bright, quality orientated and inquisitive colleague with a keen interest in SEO, with around 1 years’ relevant experience. Your day to day activity will include:

  • Conducting keyword research and analysis
  • Conducting technical SEO audits and backlink audits of both client and competitor websites
  • Report on the impact of SEO activity, drawing insights from the results and presenting analysis and recommendations
  • Depending upon experience; you’ll contribute to the planning, prioritisation and delivery of high quality recommendations – anything from scalable site optimisation to complex site migrations
  • Helping design and run SEO tests to ensure we’re always learning
  • Contributing to the iterative improvement to our processes and approach

About you:

  • Around 1 years’ experience of SEO in a similar role, this role will suit someone looking for their second job, and looking to take the next step in their career
  • A graduate calibre candidate or equivalent.
  • Highly analytical and detail focussed with strong problem-solving skills
  • Strong and confident written and spoken communicator, the ability to consult with and present to clients at all levels
  • A challenging and enquiring mind, with an ability to take a fresh perspective, keeping up to date with the latest thinking, in search and the wider context
  • You’ll have exposure to analytics platforms such as Google Analytics
  • Demonstrable experience of technical optimisation, content optimisation and SEO tools
  • Enthusiasm and desire to learn and deliver innovative and creative campaigns
  • Strong planning and organisation skills
  • Quality orientated, takes pride in producing excellent work

Pay

A good salary (dependent on experience) is available for this role, plus a bonus scheme based on hitting company targets.
