We are proud to be working with a leading, hugely successful and forward-thinking business in Bradford. They are looking to recruit a Social Media Customer Service Adviser for their modern, open planned Head Office in Bradford.

Customer Service Advisers handle incoming queries and issues from customers, whilst building strong relationships and rapport to ensure a high level of service.
This role is extremely varied as once trained, advisers liaise with customers social media platforms and also by telephone. This is a fast paced, busy environment so organisational skills and the ability to multi task is essential.
Successful candidates will have some experience in a customer service focused role, either face to face or telephone based. In addition, you will have a passion for customer service, strong IT skills and have a flexible, adaptive approach to your work.
We are looking for people who can demonstrate a consistent and friendly approach to customers whilst promoting a professional company image.
Hours: Rolling rota Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm/9am - 6pm/10am-7pm/12pm-8pm, working 1 in 3 weekend days 9am - 5pm. Training is 2 weeks - Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm
This role offers excellent training and support and will suit someone looking for a temporary to permanent opportunity.
Hourly pay is £8.21 rising to £8.65 after 12 weeks
