We are seeking to appoint a Senior Digital Marketing Executive to join a friendly, busy and supportive Marketing and Communications team at the British Psychological Society.

You’ll be responsible for delivering performance-based marketing initiatives to enhance the visibility of the BPS brand and drive commercial growth through paid digital campaigns, including social media, display advertising and PPC.

We’re looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual with extensive experience in B2B or B2C marketing to join our marketing and communications team and to play a crucial role in implementing our new strategy to engage with our target audience and drive conversion for our products such as membership, professional registers and CPD.

As a Senior Digital Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for leading performance-based marketing initiatives to enhance the visibility of the BPS brand and drive commercial growth through paid digital campaigns, including social media, display advertising and PPC.

Because this work will involve managing PPC campaigns through from inception, implementation and reporting as well as working with digital agencies, we are seeking someone with direct experience of implementing PPC campaigns.

You will collaborate closely with internal clients and stakeholders to understand their goals and translate them into successful marketing plans and briefs, while also providing reports and insights into success, areas for learning and emerging plans.

You will be also be responsible for managing the relationship with any external design agencies, as well as our in-house design team.

You will also work alongside the Marketing and Communications Manager and Senior Marketing Executive on our core member marketing activities including member retention, welcome series and events and CPD.
