This is a great opportunity to help shape the way in which one of the UK’s most successful companies executes its direct marketing. Having just migrated to Adobe Campaign, we are looking to recruit a talented Campaign Analyst to help us meet our marketing automation ambitions.

 

We are looking for someone with a real appreciation of data and databases as well as a good working knowledge of Adobe Campaign. Specifically, we are looking for someone with experience in creating triggered and automated workflows. As well as creating these workflows you will assist with the design and configuration of the data model within Adobe. You will quickly become the go to person/technical liaison for how to utilise and make the most of the application.

 

The role sits within the Client Insight & Data team who are responsible for providing the data and insights which help shape our business. Within the team you will benefit from the knowledge and analytics from our insight analysts who will support you by sharing knowledge and proving insights into behaviors. Our Data Scientists will support you by creating models which predict or explain client behaviors and managing data pipelines into Adobe Campaign.

 

You will also collaborate with the rest of the marketing department. Our Digital Marketing Executives are on hand to design and create the individual deliveries and our email specialists will work closely with you to plan and sequence the actual deliveries.

 

We are looking for someone with a mix of strong technical skills, great commercial focus and a wealth of industry knowledge to turn your ideas into reality.

Key duties and responsibilities: 

  • Design and create automated & triggered multi-channel marketing campaigns utilising Adobe Campaign
  • Design and configure Adobe Campaign to increase the number of campaigns executed natively in the application.
  • Query and collate data from various databases/adobe analytics to execute adhoc campaigns
  • Proactively identify efficiencies and opportunities to improve the targeting of campaigns.

Requirements

 

Essential skills and experience:

Degree in numerate discipline (e.g. mathematics/statistics)

Basic understanding of investments, savings and financial advice 

DPA 1998/GDPR

2+ years’ experience with Adobe Campaign

SQL

MS Office, Excel

Highly driven with a proven background in delivering results.

Numerate & methodical mind set.

Patient, diligent and diplomatic.

Ability to manage workload and priorities.

Pro-active, confident communicator.

 

Desirable skills and experience:

Adobe Campaign Certification

Relevant experience in financial services 

Data Modelling & ETL processes
