We have well-known brands within our portfolio of natural products, along with collaborations with other high profile, household brands. We are passionate about industry trends and consumer demand and continuously develop new and exciting products to secure our positioning as a leading natural product manufacturer.

You will need to work closely with our dynamic and full-service team, including product development, design, supply chain management, project management, digital, PR and external experts such as our independent aromatherapists. It is important that the Marketing Communications Executive can communicate with people at all levels and work on a number of projects simultaneously.

We are looking for somebody to take a brand or marketing project, such as a new product or brochure, and be responsible for the co-ordination of this project. It is the role of the Marketing Communications Executive to ensure that the packaging or marketing communication is in line with our overall brand messaging and proposition. Therefore, this role is a mix of product development (packaging and launch planning) and off and online marketing to both trade and consumers.

The Marketing Communications Executive will build a strong brand message across all channels, from packaging, to printed marketing and trade sales collateral, through to website, social and blogs.


Skills Range:

Creative copywriting skills are essential, to include product packaging, printed marketing collateral and online campaigns.

Experience in briefing and co-ordinating marketing collateral is essential.


Person Specification:

The Marketing Communications Executive will be the guardian of all brand and marketing projects to ensure that they meet our brand objectives, are competitive within the marketplace and are part of our overall brand strategy.

You will have some experience of NDP process and knowledge of how to bring a product to market, from initial concept through to stock in warehouse.

You will report to the CEO as your line manager, but also working very closely with the relevant Project Leaders, Brand & Account Manager, and Head of Sales.

You will be educated to an appropriate level for this role. An interest in the natural market is preferable.
