Macmillan Cancer Support is one of the UK’s largest and best-loved charities and we are looking for a Digital Content Assistant to provide support to the Digital Content and Search Team.
In this role you will be the main point of contact for customers with website queries. Furthermore, you will be required to complete allocated content, search and search engine optimisation tasks with accuracy.
You will be managing team communication channels both internal and external including e-newsletters, intranet and social profiles. On top of this, you will be assisting the creation of monthly reports that reflect digital performance.
To do this role you will need to have experience of producing or updating digital content using a Content Management System. You will also need to have great communication skills both written and verbal to deliver high quality customer service. In addition to this, high levels of accuracy in spelling, grammar and attention to detail is key.
You will also have experience of producing content for social media in a professional capacity. Further to this, you will be able to provide strong administrative support and have a proven ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
