Job Description

Mind is looking for a new Digital Analyst, who will join Mind at an exciting time and play a crucial role in the overall digital and CRM strategies as we deliver a new organisation-wide CRM solution using the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform, rebuild our core website and establish a more data-driven and user needs-focused approach to our activities.

As Mind’s new Digital Analyst, your role will be key to getting the most from these foundational projects, which are being led by the Digital and Data teams. Priorities will include establishing self-service digital reporting and embedding a culture of testing and measurement across teams.

These ambitious projects will put you at the heart of the organisation and you will play a key role in achieving our digital vision:

A digital experience that prioritises the needs of people with mental health problems, by offering consistent support through the most helpful and accessible channels, and strengthens long-term engagement with Mind.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced analyst with advanced knowledge of Google Analytics, including funnel analysis, segmentation, e-commerce tracking, Tag Manager, and Data Studio. Establishing effective matrix relationships and ways of working, and the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders will be the key to success in this role.

About the Digital Team

The Digital team sits within the External Relations department and is responsible for our digital development, user experience, digital content and marketing, and digital transformation activities. We take a user-centred and Agile approach to our work.

All members of the Digital teamwork across the organisation, and with people with lived experience and other external partners, to establish a new digital culture at Mind and contribute to the three aims of our digital strategy:

  1. Digital provision of services and support for people living with a mental health problem: beneficiaries understand the options available to them at any touchpoint and feel empowered to access support and information in the way that suits them.
  2. Digital activities that help us reach our marketing and/or income generation objectives: we will deliver a consistent, coherent experience for our external audiences and seamless supporter conversions.
  3. The use of digital technology to improve the way Mind works: a consistent and reliable infrastructure and strong skills base, which recognises the power of technology to help us to meet our charitable objectives and achieve efficiencies.
