What does the Head Of Performance Marketing do?
You have expert-level knowledge of current digital marketing tools and strategies and you are able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. You will lead our primary agency partner and members of the in-house marketing team to drive revenue growth, launch new campaigns and optimise all day-to-day acquisition marketing activities. Even though you are a specialist, you also understand how performance channels fit into the overall marketing mix and you are willing to work collaboratively with rest of the team. In your career you will have had hands-on experience of working with performance marketing tools like Adwords and will be able to spot a campaign that’s under-optimised or a bid strategy that’s misaligned. You will also have sound knowledge of SEO principles on a technical level.
