Leading marketing communications agency seeks an ambitious and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Assistant to work alongside our Digital Senior Account Manager to grow this sector.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and enterprising individual, with strong written and social media skills looking to gain experience in a fast paced marketing agency.
Reporting to the Digital Account Manager, the Digital Marketing Assistant will be responsible for managing a number of our client’s social media channels for our large portfolio. A key part of your role will be researching relevant industries to create engaging content for use on social media, websites & blogs. The successful person will be confident supporting our clients via both telephone and email with strong content producing skills & a passion for digital marketing.
Skills Range:
• Create, schedule and deliver content and campaigns across a range of social media channels including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Google Plus, LinkedIn.
• Strong skill set across written content creation including social media posts, blogs, email, newsletters, web copy and reporting.
• Daily monitoring of social media channels and provision of online customer service.
• Analyse and report findings from campaigns and activities and optimise accordingly (using Google analytics, social media monitoring tools e.g. Hootsuite)
• Manage agency clients to ensure campaigns are delivering against set KPI´s and create regular reports for both clients and account managers.
• Work alongside our web design team uploading content and managing client websites using a CMS system - we work primarily with WordPress.
• Supporting our team in writing, producing and reporting on creative email marketing campaigns.
• Providing general support to the wider office team.
