Job Description

Working under the supervision of the Sales & Marketing Manager to successfully execute key project tasks and deliverables across a variety of digital marketing strategies, as well as develop new strategies to drive business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

● Be a brand ambassador for MN2S

● Demonstrate all the core values of the company on a day-to-day basis in all activities

● Handle all areas of SEO and PPC to drive key business objectives, including but not limited to: offsite linkbuilding, onsite and offsite content, PPC campaigns, website internationalisation, local SEO, onsite technical SEO

● Manage ongoing digital marketing campaigns and develop new strategies, processes and procedures

● Track and analyse website traffic flow and provide regular internal reports

● Brief internal Content Writer on onsite and offsite content requirements and ensure everything is of the highest standard and delivered/posted on time

● Work with other members of the Digital Marketing team including the Social Media Executive, and Digital Marketing Apprentice to achieve common goals

● Liaise with Sales and Admin teams to promote talent availability and latest news

● Liaise with Finance team to promptly approve and process any third party invoices

● Partake in other Marketing related projects as and when required, including but not limited to: E-Marketing, Brand Partnerships and Influencer Marketing

● Attain or exceed key performance indicators such as number of backlinks built, improving conversion or reducing page load speed

● Fix any errors or bugs in online content

● Identify new trends in digital marketing and weave into the strategy where possible

● Be an outstanding example to junior members of the team (interns and apprentices), nurture and guide where needed to the benefit of the company

● MN2S may vary the duties and responsibilities at any time and from time to time according to the needs of the business

Selection Criteria:

● Successful previous experience (2 – 3 years) within an SEO or Digital Marketing focused role consistently meeting or exceeding targets

● High level of proficiency across all Digital Marketing and website related platforms as well as supporting software, including but not limited to: Google Analytics, Search Console, WordPress, Moz, Ahrefs, Microsoft Excel

● Experience with E-Marketing, CRMs and Marketing Automation preferred

● Excellent example to others

● Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the business

● Highly motivated with a drive to succeed and a passion for Digital Marketing and the Music and Talent Agency business
