Job Description

FundsLibrary (a subsidiary of Hargreaves Lansdown) are looking for a Marketing Executive to join their growing FinTech business during an exciting period of transformation. The company has been established for over 10 years and is now investing to move further into the FinTech space.


If you are looking for a marketing role with direct access to the leaders of the business and the chance to see the contributions you make come to fruition, then this could be the role for you.


Working in a small marketing team within the FundsLibrary business you will contribute to all aspects of the marketing communications plan. You will support on a wide range of activities including working with the product & client-facing teams to develop multi-channel marketing campaigns and support materials enabling them to meet their commercial objectives, plus supporting on the ongoing development of our website and social media channels.


What will the role involve?

The role incorporates the entire marketing mix and you will undertake many varied activities such as delivering email campaigns, keeping the website up-to-date, and producing marketing collateral to support our event programme. Although not strictly focused on Digital, many of the activities this role supports will be online so a desire to develop in this area would be advantageous. 

Brand management & image:

  • Supporting the ongoing development and management of the FundsLibrary brand
  • Ensuring a clear and consistent style and tone of voice is utilised across all mediums & suitable for a financial services technology company

Marketing collateral:

  • Creation of campaign material, such as sales presentations, event materials, and emails

Web & digital presence:

  • Supporting on the ongoing development of our corporate website and social channels, ensuring that all content is informative and relevant and supports our SEO goals
  • Working with the Marketing Manager to create additional content, engaging with other stakeholders/suppliers as required
  • Collation and reporting on performance statistics for all digital channels

Sales Process Support:

  • Supporting the Sales and Product teams with their campaign and collateral requirements, i.e. sales presentations  

The Library:

  • Ensuring all content is uploaded on a timely basis and campaigns tracked    
  • Creation of additional tools that further engage the audience


  • Supporting, as required, on our industry events & exhibitions programme.
  • Supporting on ad-hoc projects as required by the Marketing Manager.


What are we looking for?

  • Educated to degree level (or equivalent), preferably in a Marketing or Business related subject
  • A Financial Services background or Professional Services background would be desirable
  • Experience of creating multi-channel campaigns – online & offline.
