Job Description

Looking to develop a career in Marketing with an award winning business in the financial services industry? We are now looking to recruit a numerically driven person to join our Marketing team where you will play a key role in providing our award winning service to our customers.


As a Digital Marketing Executive you’ll be responsible for managing PPC campaigns. In addition to PPC you will be responsible for social media (both organic and paid) and you will also be the first point of contact with our digital agency that currently looks after our affiliate campaigns.


What service will you provide to our customers? 

  • Implement PPC advertising strategy, analyse results and recommend changes based on company growth targets. 
  • Maintain the AJ Bell Youinvest social media accounts (Facebook and Twitter).
  • Run paid social media campaigns on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter.
  • Work with the wider marketing team to ensure that their campaigns and promotions are reflected in both PPC and Social.
  • Use Google Analytics to report on the success of campaigns.
  • Be the first point of contact with our agency partner for all our affiliate marketing activity
  • Assisting the Digital Marketing Manager and Head of Digital with other acquisition campaigns (you'll have a rare & exciting opportunity to be involved in many other aspects of marketing in addition to your core skills that you already possess)

About you: 

  • Have an interest in financial services marketing. 
  • Minimum of 1 to 2 years’ experience of GoogleAds (Formally AdWords)
  • Able to multi task with a keen attention to detail.
  • Have campaign planning, monitoring and optimisation skills
  • Experience or knowledge of managing social media accounts and/or affiliate marketing.
  • Proficient with MS Excel and Google Analytics.
  • High levels of integrity, autonomy and self-motivation.
