  • Introducing ideas and concepts to create high-performance paid marketing campaigns and PPC promotions to support and complement other advertising activities.
  • Launching and monitoring new campaigns, analyzing performance, and making adjustments as required.
  • Recommending strategies to help stakeholders and clients develop campaigns that meet expectations of cost, outcomes, and time investment.
  • Setting paid search campaign budgets, identifying achievable results within the set budget, and advising on anticipated timescales.
  • Enforcing best practice adherence to all optimization standards to ensure all paid search campaigns comply with search engine and organizational policies.
  • Identifying and researching potential new paid search opportunities, including different campaign strategies, platforms, and keyword bidding structures.
  • Using real-time payment platforms to maximize exposure and engagement with paid campaigns and advertising.

Paid Search Specialist Requirements and Skills:

  • Qualifications: bachelor’s degree in digital marketing, general marketing, information technology, or a related field.
  • Desirable qualifications: certification or recognized qualification in paid search or as a PPC Specialist.
  • Four years of experience, or more, working in paid search management or within an associated paid search position.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Paid Media and PPC marketing approaches, principles, and standards.
