We work with B2B and B2C clients in a wide range of sectors including finance, travel, construction, publishing, healthcare, utilities, fast moving consumer goods, and professional audio.

Job Description
We are looking for a full time Digital Marketing Manager to join our busy digital agency in Eastbourne. The company is going through a period of growth, so it is an exciting time to join the expanding team.

You will maintain the digital marketing roadmap for internal and external clients, combining traditional strategic marketing with modern data analysis to understand the user experience and buying journey, and identify insight and opportunity.

Having developed the plan, you will lead the execution across all digital media, including web, SEM, email, social, display advertising, etc. You will liaise with production and operations teams to deliver according to budget and timescale, and regularly report on progress and effectiveness. You will need to be highly organised, and capable of setting your own agenda rather than waiting for instruction.

As a key part of the management team, you will be an outstanding communicator, both in writing and face-to-face. You will liaise with clients, operations and production teams, and be able to adapt your language to expert and novice audiences alike. You will provide training to others within the company.

Skills Range

  • Ideally, you should have at least 3 years experience within an agency or in-house digital team.
  • A degree in Digital Marketing with a demonstrably high level of English writing.
  • Any knowledge of Scrum or agile project management, or of HTML/CSS is beneficial.
  • Knowledge of office software, particularly GSuite.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools and the social media platforms, etc.
