We are currently recruiting for a Social Media Marketing Assistant to join our busy marketing department. The marketing team manage all aspects of marketing, from print to digital and work with tens of thousands of customers and publishers.
The successful applicant will be responsible for the day-to-day handling of various aspects of the digital arm of our marketing team, including maintaining the social media accounts for Gardners and our consumer facing platform Hive.co.uk, merchandising our website and curating engaging content.
This role will see you working across all of these areas with a focus on the creation of relevant and engaging copy and content to brand guidelines, for our trade and consumer websites, social media and blogs.
You will be experienced in creating engaging content and copy across all digital channels and managing social media communications with the ability to tailor content to specific audiences. Commercially aware, you will possess excellent project and time management skills, attention to detail and enthusiasm. We are looking for someone outgoing, with the ability to work on their own initiative, but also be a team player who is aware of the bigger picture and the role they play in achieving the end product.
You will be able to build and handle engaging social media campaigns, to strengthen our outward facing image and continue to build our brand.
