This role is an exciting opportunity to join us and work within our Digital Marketing team for the Ireland market which can be based in Dublin or Osterley.  You will have ownership of the strategy and direction of the paid media channels, but also will play a key role in the digital transformation of the business.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Devise & implement traffic driving strategies to deliver highly qualified traffic to across all of Sky's products, utilising a range of techniques including paid search, paid social, display and VOD
  • Measure and report performance of the full spectrum of digital activity, including Interactive, Sales through Service and paid media
  • Briefing creative with internal stakeholders
  • Forecasting and planning of conversion KPI’s for new sales, existing customer upgrades and livechat sales across all of Sky's products  
  • Devise a quarterly conversion plan to improve baseline conversion rates (site optimisation activities, livechat enhancements and tactical offers)
  • Tracking, reporting & communicating conversion rates and collaborate with internal teams to create journeys to optimize user experience  
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders including Acquisition, TV & Broadband Products, Marketing Operations and Technology teams, as well as the Ecommerce team.
  • Establish and manage conversion rates for leads generated from online (both from affiliate and website leads).

  • Confident in presenting results, insights and recommendations to a wide spectrum of stakeholders including the Leadership Team 
  • Able to build strong and collaborative relationships with numerous teams across the business 
  • Be extremely details oriented and understand the need for high quality brand representation
  • Experience in analysis, reporting and tracking you will have Omniture or Google Analytics experience
