Job Description
We are looking for a passionate digital marketing executive with a flair for analysis and planning, especially when it comes to SEO and content.

We are after someone with previous experience of SEO (onsite & offsite) and has a great understanding of how SEO research and analysis can help to inform content & PR strategies. The role requires a desire to have a successful career in digital marketing and be a real team player.

The role will be working in the delivery team to help with research, planning and formulating strategies for our clients. They will mostly be covering SEO, PPC and content/PR. They will eventually manage their own clients and have ownership of their own projects and client relationships.

The role will be 80% client work and 20% focusing on the Search Seven website, and helping to improve our own online exposure through content/PR and SEO efforts. They will play a key role in helping to shape and manage our own SEO and content strategy to achieve higher rankings and drive targeted traffic/leads.

What the role involves

We expect all members of the delivery team to demonstrate a positive and pro-active attitude in their work, and below are several responsibilities that would be part of the role:

• Keyword research
• Competitor analysis
• Content analysis
• Technical onsite SEO optimisation
• Assisting with SEO audits in terms of writing meta titles and descriptions
• SEO strategy planning
• Formulating content plans
• Building new PPC accounts, including writing PPC ads
• Optimising PPC accounts (bid management, ad reviews, applying new tactics etc.)
• Preparing weekly/monthly SEO/PPC reports
• Reporting on digital marketing performance using insights from Google Analytics
• Showing great initiative by coming up with, and implementing, new ideas and tactics
• Writing and/or uploading content to the company blog and social media channels
• One to one training and mentoring
• Exam revision to achieve industry renowned qualifications (AdWords & Analytics)

Skills Range
• 2-4 years’ experience of SEO &/or content/digital research/planning
• A good understanding of SEO
• Experience of carrying out on-site SEO Audits
• Experience of carrying out keyword and competitor research
• Can interpret data and insights to formulate search & content strategies
• A good knowledge of Google Analytics (Google Tag Manager a bonus)
• Good experience of social media channels is advantageous
