Job Description
We are looking for a new team member who can add value from the outset and has an appetite for learning and improvement. We love people who are proactive and see opportunities rather than problems.

The latest vacancy has come about as we have seen expansive growth over the past few quarters. We are looking for a digital Marketing professional who has bundles of energy, a hands on attitude and expert attention to detail.

Skills Range

  • At least 2 Years Experience using the Facebook Ads Manager - must have had experience delivering direct response leads on a Cost per Lead Basis.
  • Majority of their time will be spent on different ad platforms - Facebook, Google, Taboola etc. But Skills and experience on Facebook is going to be the cornerstone of the role. 
  • Light knowledge of coding (just the basic principles)
  • Setting up Pixels, tracking codes, scripts and using Google Tag Manager
  • Testing and maintenance of sites functionality; both front end and light backend transfering of data
  • Sales and marketing skills
  • Ability to analyze and execute new marketing campaigns
  • Spot trends during data analysis and create actionable points
  • Excellent account and client management skills
  • Great copy and visual storytelling abilities
  • Basic knowledge of copyright law
  • Data analysis
  • Basic Design Skills
  • Agility
  • Youtube advertising, Google Display Network (GDN), Taboola, Outbrain & Twitter campaigns plus more - any skills you have in these areas will be a bonus.
  • Any coding experience is a bonus (A great bonus)
  • Sales experience or competitive background can be advantageous as well.

Person Specification
We are looking for an analytical thinker with a flare for Creativity. We want someone with a strong educational background who is has a bit of an appetite for risk. We need a go-getting, someone motivated to succeed and is a great team player. We really value a can-do attitude and someone who loves to take on responsibility.

We need someone who is agile, can multitask, and is excellent in communicating with team members. The person would ideally be able to take ownership of tasks and be able to work within vague detailed instructions. Someone who has the ability to always keep the bigger picture in mind.

We looking for someone who can work under pressure and doesn’t allow pressure to impact their decision making. We would preferably be looking for someone who really enjoys learning new things and sees themselves as a resource.

Ideally we would like someone with a bachelor’s degree but is not a prerequisite. We want someone who can act quickly and knows the golden rules of business management.
