SEO Specialist Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing existing digital assets and content to optimize, update and enhance the reach and impact of current media.
  • Creating unique content, fully optimized to meet SEO requirements and standards, using a variety of techniques.
  • Researching keywords to identify long and short-tail phrases, relevant search terms, and popular customer keywords to improve SEO engagement and SERP positioning.
  • Analyzing SEO metrics across all landing pages and digital assets to gauge the origin and volume of visitors, assess where improvements are required, and create strategies for effective SEO-related growth.

SEO Specialist Requirements and Skills:

  • Comprehensive knowledge of SEO methodologies, approaches, techniques, and practices and proven expertise in applying them.
  • A full understanding of SEO analytical tools such as Google Analytics and other software suites that provide detailed, on-demand, and real-time reporting.
  • Excellent communication skills and expertise in creating or overseeing content creation, with the ability to identify opportunities for further optimization.
  • The ability to multitask and manage multiple campaigns, SEO keyword bidding processes, and maintain continual oversight over progress towards organizational KPIs.
