We are looking to appoint a skilled Marketing Coordinator to liaise between digital marketing, sales, artwork, and graphic design departments to implement consistent, brand-specific guidelines to ensure every marketing project is produced on time, within budget, and to specification.

Responsibilities:
- Creating company-wide guidelines for tactical marketing, on-brand tone of voice, and best standard approaches to cohesive marketing.
- Implementing effective marketing plans across broadcast, online, and print channels.
- Developing branded campaigns, supporting marketing design and digital sales colleagues to ensure approved content meets the requirements of each stakeholder.
- Tracking marketing campaign outcomes and online engagement and identifying areas for improvement.
- Conducting in-depth research to identify market opportunities and negotiate media features and coverage with top-tier partners.
- Maintaining and reinforcing communication channels to ensure clear, collaborative liaison between relevant teams and departmental managers, implementing internal communication systems to streamline information sharing.
- Managing contracts and communications between vendors, promotional partners, and print contractors.
- Establishing clear guidelines for complex data dissemination and infographic replication by collating data and feedback and presenting this to sales, marketing, and web colleagues in an understandable way.
Requirements and Skills:
- Qualifications: bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or a related skill.
- At least two years of professional content management, advertising, media, or creative writing positions.
- Critical thinking abilities with proven capacity to solve problems, understand strengths and weaknesses, and support teams in proactive, effective collaborations.
- Knowledge of competitor strategy analysis and consumer behavior research to inform ongoing marketing efforts.
- Expert-level understanding of content management systems.
- Proficiency in data management and extracting meaningful information to communicate to marketing team members.
- Strong organizational skills with a detail-focused approach.
- The ability to work calmly and strategically under pressure and meet critical deadlines.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
