About

SSAFA provides lifelong support for our Armed Forces and their families. Every year, through our award winning teams and services, we provide support to around 90,000 people worldwide. We would not be able to do this essential, life-changing work without the talent and hard work of our people.

The global SSAFA family is made up of around 500 dedicated employees as well as our wide network of committed volunteers.

We employ:

• Health and social care professionals such as GPs, Nurses, Midwives and Social Workers located in the UK and overseas
• Specialists in Fundraising, Marketing & Communications, Finance, HR, Learning & Development and Volunteer Support, based in our London Central Office
• Skilled staff for our specialist services such as Mentoring and Adoption
• Business support staff, vital at all of our locations.
