RocketMill is looking for Account Managers at varying levels to join the team in our Brighton office.    Essential Skills Previous experience working within an agency (preferably in digital but minimum of 6 months) Experience of managing projects end to end and a love of systems and processes Proficient in Microsoft Office Excellent written and spoken English and a good attention to detail Be highly organised and be able to balance your workload and deliver on time Have a proactive, can-do attitude, that adds energy to our team Desirable Skills Experience of writing briefs, overseeing delivery and quality of work Understanding of digital channels Basic knowledge of Google Analytics Reporting to: Client Strategy Director The successful candidate will: Your role is to provide a first-class account management service to our clients. Working into a Client Lead across a portfolio of clients, to deliver the best possible results for our clients. To execute this role, you will need to have a well-rounded digital marketing skillset with an understanding of all channels RocketMill offers. The role requires excellent internal and external communication, reporting and understanding of our products. To work successfully across these areas, you will need to be highly organised, command respect from clients and RocketMill staff, be an excellent communicator, and be able to manage campaigns and projects end to end. You will personally be responsible for the day to day delivery on an account portfolio, working closely with the Client Lead to deliver work of an excellent quality that will drive results for our clients. Clients should feel the full weight of your digital marketing expertise. Above all you will need to immerse yourself in their business in order to understand it, consult on it and then become an extension of it.
