Are you super organised, have fantastic communication skills and a solid grasp on the technicalities of digital marketing? My Social Agency has grown quickly and is a busy agency, comprising a very talented bunch of creative marketers, designers and developers based on the edge of Leeds city centre. We are looking for a super organised Account Manager who can help us achieve great things for our clients. As part of the operations team, the right person will have a passion for holding everything together, be driven to delight customers, and have the ability to spot the opportunity to make a sale to improve our clients overall return on investment. The right person will have a fantastic attention to detail, strong ownership skills and a drive to ensure our client’s projects are as successful as possible. Our client base includes a range of global and national brands in a variety of industries, so we are looking for a motivated and organised individual who can integrate with our skilled team and oversee exceptional results. Duties to include: Management of agency-client relationships Periodic campaign reporting / measurement Up-selling to existing clients and identification of new sales opportunities Input into the creative direction of client projects Assistance in the management of internal technical staff project deliverable’s within social media, content marketing, web development and search marketing Communicating project progress to the agency’s clients. Required Skills: Client handling experience An understanding of digital marketing and web development process A keen eye for detail Superhuman organisational skills An ability to work to tight deadlines Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills Good time management skills Experience in a client-facing role Presentation skills Good written and verbal communication skills Desirable Skills: Previous experience working in a digital marketing agency. Technical ability in one or more of the following:- web development, content marketing, search marketing or social media marketing.
