Are you a driven and passionate marketing expert? We’re looking for a marketing expert to design and deliver effective multi-channel campaigns and generate high quality leads for our portfolio of Executive Education short courses on-campus and online. The Role Can you create compelling campaigns that deliver results? As Marketing Manager for a portfolio of London Business School’s world-class short courses, you’ll craft and deliver compelling, insight-driven campaigns that bring the LBS brand to life and engage business executives and corporate buyers worldwide. As well as the ability to conceive creative and effective ideas, you’ll need the passion and confidence to inspire colleagues and clients with your vision. You’ll be the in-house authority on your product portfolio, with a deep understanding of specialist audiences, key selling points and value propositions across your varied suite of short courses. You’ll a strong drive to achieve results for the business in a fast-paced environment, alongside a flexible and collaborative approach as you work with wide variety of colleagues and stakeholders.  We’re looking for someone with a clear vision, an expert skillset and a passion to create impact - whether that’s working with our in-house media and content teams to develop lead gen campaigns, or creating alumni stories and faculty thought leadership that showcases the experience of LBS. In this role you’ll: • Plan, execute and track multi-channel marketing campaigns generating leads for a portfolio of products • Closely monitor lead targets and report back to senior stakeholders • Ensure all marketing activity is aligned with wider sales and revenue targets  • Lead on new product marketing launches • Develop testimonials and profiles from our alumni, and thought leadership from our faculty, showcasing the Executive Education value proposition • Clearly brief in-house content teams and media teams and monitor execution through continued collaboration • Continually refine and closely monitor KPIs and use insight to inform future strategy   Share our knowledge We generate research and ideas that have a real and lasting influence on people, businesses and markets around the world. To do that, we have to make sure we’ve got the people, tools and infrastructure to share our thinking globally. Our B2C strategy is a key pillar in making sure we can support our ambitious plans, you will develop relationships essential for the School’s future. Who We Are Looking For • A passionate marketer with a broad set of experience across the marketing mix • Experience delivering high-impact marketing campaigns  • Confident running multiple complex campaigns including budgeting and managing suppliers • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and confident in influencing senior leaders • Working knowledge of CRM, marketing automation and campaign management systems  • Understanding of global higher education and business education, plus knowledge of the Learning & Development sector, would be an advantage • Educated to a degree level with professional qualification such as CIM preferred   Be part of an international network We’re a global institution: 94% of our students and 86% of our faculty members are international. We’re looking for a savvy Email Marketing Executive with exceptional analytical and creative skills to help us deliver high-quality digital communications. The Role Could you create that special connection? Based within the Degree Education and Career Centre Marketing team, the goal of the Email Marketing Executive is to identify, engage and nurture high-calibre prospective students in to active enquirers. You can expect to: • Prepare and distribute high quality, compelling, and targeted email campaigns  • Monitor, analyse and report on the performance of email campaigns against departmental KPIs and industry benchmarks and ensure campaigns meet business objectives  • Use our CRM/Database to segment according to key markets for various platforms and making recommendations for establishing new target groups • Work with our thought leadership team to prepare and send the London Business School Review fortnightly email newsletter • Tailor and optimise existing nurture journeys/campaign automations and research and propose new customer journeys  • Support and work alongside the wider team to build and execute the annual plan • Support on the briefing and delivery of content within the wider team   Share our knowledge We generate research and ideas that have a real, lasting influence on people, businesses and markets around the world.
