If so then Travis Perkins are currently recruiting for a Senior Marketing Analyst to join our Merchanting Division. In addition to leading a dedicated team of individuals, this position is responsible for providing actionable insight to ensure that we are highlighting new trends and opportunities for the group. The successful candidate will produce analysis to measure the effectiveness of all marketing activity, to help shape future campaigns and ensure effective customer targeting. As well as ensuring senior stakeholder engagement by clearly and continually demonstrating the commercial benefits, forecasting reports and general data insight and analysis for all customer marketing related data. Develop the Customer Marketing Analytics team and be a core member of the marketing and multichannel teams. Continually evaluate and identify trends in customer data. Use online analytics, analyse online behaviours to assist in finding opportunities. Apply learnings to new campaigns and guide the annual planning process. Online development and maintenance of newly implemented platform for direct marketing and campaign reporting, producing customer KPI reports and continuously review the online customer journey. Keep up to date with all the latest industry trends, digital trends, news and legislation by attending events, subscribing to relevant forums and driving thought leadership within the Division. Adhere to all relevant Data Protection Legislation and ensure that customer data is handled in a secure and legal manner. Champion the commercial benefits of data and customer segmentation modelling internally and demonstrate return on investment of all initiatives. Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and systems that gain work efficiencies across the data, marketing and multichannel teams. What you’ll need to know: You will have marketing data analytic and customer segmentation experience Understanding of all marketing disciplines including; digital marketing, customer data and customer segmentation modelling, CRM management and SAP BusinessObjects knowledge You will be results driven, customer and business focused with strong analytical and numerical skills Experience in B2B & B2C data analytics and segmentation would be ideal Strong database skills, Advanced Microsoft Excel experience is essential Proven track record of delivering under cost and to deadlines If you’re ready to make a difference with your analytical skills in an exciting new role then apply today.
