We have an exciting opportunity to work as a Communications Manager within Fenwick ltd. Since it first opened in 1882, Fenwick has been at the forefront of bringing you the finest selection of luxury from around the world across fashion, beauty and lifestyle, curated into a sophisticated shopping space and bestowed with in-store events, treatment rooms, bespoke services and popular restaurants. As the Communications Manager you will work alongside the Head of Customer, PR and Comms to develop the customer communications strategy for stores and digital. In line with the strategy, you will be responsible for managing the content across all marketing channels to ensure one consistent brand message. The role will work with the team on how to deliver the communications strategy that builds the brand and uses the latest customer targeting techniques across Fenwick channels and paid for channels. You will develop and advise on the social media strategy across Fenwick platforms – including local social activity. The role works closely with the Brand & Marketing team to develop and deliver PR and comms for campaigns and events using brand agreed tone of voice, having the ability to capture and analyse results on the communications strategy, and ROI.
