As Category Marketing Executive you will be working cross functionally within one of our categories to deliver the UK market strategy. You will help plan and implement a brand strategy that’s going to increase our brand and category awareness.  Accountabilities As the Category Marketing Executive you will partner with the business and help plan and implement a brand strategy that’s going to propel brand awareness to the next level Concentrating on optimising our online presence – although you’ll touch on offline as well – you’ll educate consumers, build a consistent retail presence and elevate the Dyson brand at every interaction You will build cross-functional relationships with the Marketing, PR, Sales and Direct to Consumer team to ensure alignment on marketing campaigns and product launches You’ll also help plan, manage, oversee and monitor a number of marketing campaigns, ensuring that everything runs on-time, to the highest quality and on budget Skills With proven experience in a relevant marketing role, you will be motivated to drive the category vision within each retailer You'll create implement marketing plans whilst being able to tackle problems effortlessly, using these skills to bring brands to life online and in-store You’re the sort of person who challenges, pushes, and is willing to go beyond what’s asked of you to get the results you seek It means you’re flexible, a natural relationship builder, organised, a great time manager, calm under pressure and able to juggle priorities You also have superb communication skills (written and verbal) Benefits 27 days holiday plus eight statutory bank holidays  Pension scheme  Performance related bonus  Life assurance  Free on-site gym  Free on-site parking  Subsidised café and restaurants  Discounts on Dyson machines

12 Month FTC As the Marketing Manager you will be accountable for the Floorcare category within the UK. Working with the Head of Floorcare, you will drive strategies that deliver high category performance in terms of both profitability and brand reputation, short and long term growth.  Accountabilities Your role as Marketing Manager Floorcare will be to translate the global category strategy into a local strategy; clarifying the approach to maximise own market’s opportunity within the context of global plans You will be responsible for analysing customer data and shopper insight in order to establish new opportunities across the Floorcare category You will be the in-market category advocate, continuously championing its value and commercial potential for the GB market and the wider Dyson business; developing the ambition, energy, ideas and tools needed by the market’s marketing and sales teams to reach the best possible commercial outcomes from the category You’ll collaborate with the relevant Global Category teams and other key functions (Digital, Owner Experience, Retail and Events) to create excellence in category execution With a commercial focus, you will open new business opportunities by taking a ‘business development’ approach where appropriate Skills Coming in to this role, you will have held a category brand management role for a market leading consumer business You will have extensive experience of driving product strategy on a local scale, and have experience working with central marketing functions You will have been at the forefront of driving customer engagement and thought leadership within your recent roles You'll also have a proven ability to build cross-functional relationships and deliver results through aligned business functions As our Brand Manager, you will have the ability to challenge the status quo, and deliver innovating solutions to the problems that we face Benefits 12 month fixed term contract  27 days holiday plus eight statutory bank holidays  Pension scheme  Performance related bonus  Life assurance  Free on-site gym  Free on-site parking  Subsidised café and restaurants  Discounts on Dyson machines
