Working Hours: Monday to Thursday 08:30 – 17:00, Friday 08:30 – 13:30 Salary: £16,000 – £20,000 per annum, DOE Reporting to: Head of Content Are you someone who has a keen eye for detail, creative flair and can create & edit content to improve readability and clearly communicate a message? Role Responsibilities: Your role involves obtaining, creating and publishing online content on our websites and social media channels. You will be interacting with different stakeholders to ensure relevant information and news updates are communicated to our audience. A key part of this role is the ability to carry out research and create fresh and insightful content. Person Specification: Experience of using social media (Twitter, Instagram & Facebook) – essential Experience of Google Analytics and ability to understand trends – essential Experience of improving readability and SEO – essential Knowledge of creating and compiling research campaigns – desirable Experience of using WordPress (including Divi Builder) and MailChimp – essential High level of attention to detail – essential Strong administration skills; experience of MS Office – essential Good verbal and written communication – essential Able to self-manage and proactively take on new projects. Using your initiative to persevere and achieve targets/deadlines – essential Able to work with and support a team, handling multiple tasks and demands – essential Experience of working to tight deadlines – essential A positive and determined attitude – essential Knowledge of the horticultural industry – desirable The primary location of this role is office-based however you may need to travel to various events, from time to time, as per business requirements.
