Award-winning, FTSE 100 Wealth Manager, requires an innovative, ambitious and experienced strategic marketer to lead and deliver a scalable regional marketing consultancy service and marketing development programme for St. James’s Place Partner Practices across the London Hub (5 Offices across London/South area) to maximise marketing performance and achieve corporate growth objectives. Key Responsibilities: Build and implement a scalable, impactful marketing consultancy service and support capability for the London Hub (incorporating SJP City, Kingsway, Hamilton Place, Westerham & Elstree Office Locations) As an integral member of the London Hub, provide strategic marketing consultancy and planning support for the Hub Leadership Team Maximise the deployment and impact of the Hub’s areas of strategic growth focus, corporate campaigns and new proposition launches Work closely with the London Hub Operations team to implement a structured marketing knowledge development programme to increase core marketing skills and capability across the Partnership, Partnership Support Staff and Partnership Development Managers Help Partner Practices to develop their own marketing initiatives and to access the Cirencester services Identify and implement innovative regional pilot marketing and business growth initiatives Create and implement robust marketing governance, operational processes and MI Act as lead marketing specialist and relationship conduit between central marketing team and the London Hub Ensure all activity adheres to St. James’s Place brand guidelines and key marketing, client servicing and FCA compliance/regulatory frameworks Required Skills : Chartered Marketer or similar professional marketing qualification with a demonstrable track record of outstanding performance both with strategic marketing initiatives and the ability to implement campaigns and manage them for effective outcomes Strong Financial Services experience ideal Strong leadership and stakeholder relationship management skills Excellent communicator at all organisational levels, presenting with integrity and confidence Contributes to the development of strategy – using specialist knowledge and expertise to play a pivotal role in strategic development Be adaptable to market conditions and show tenacity in delivering plans Driven and determined to seek more efficient and cost-effective ways of working Seeks to identify and exploit new market opportunities Collaborative and agile approach to working Marketing operations and change management project experience ideal Strong Microsoft Office skills Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple simultaneously occurring challenges Prepared to travel frequently across the designated London/South area How we Reward You In addition to an attractive salary you will also receive a number of excellent benefits including a non-contributory pension, private medical insurance, life assurance, a share incentive plan, bonus sacrifice arrangements to name but a few.
