REQUIREMENTS Our ever-growing marketing team is looking for a versatile Marketing Assistant. Working with the entire marketing team and reporting to the Head of Marketing, you’ll be responsible for supporting the delivery of marketing activity across a range of integrated channels to reach awareness, acquisition and retention targets. From email to print, PR to out of home, this is a diverse role with a wealth of opportunity. This role is ideal for a talented graduate with a year’s working experience and a qualification in Marketing, or a related subject. The Role: You’ll play a vital role in the smooth running of the marketing team by: Carrying out regular competitor analysis Proofing and testing marketing collateral Maintaining our Marketing Calendar, ensuring global seasonal pulse points are covered Supporting the CRM Executive with building and writing copy for emails Uploading new content to the website and blog User testing, producing surveys and talking directly with members to get their feedback Working with agencies, third parties and print suppliers Providing ad hoc support to the marketing team with day-to-day administrative tasks You are: A problem solver, focused on results. Organised, positive and proactive. We move fast so you will need to be able to multitask and take on responsibility. Confident in working across multiple channels and projects at the same time. Passionate about pets and travel and believe in the TrustedHousesitters concept and ethos.
