Reporting directly to the Campaign Operations Manager, the Marketing Executive is key to maintaining, building and scheduling our automated, multi-channel campaigns. Through the use of our CRM tool (IBM Campaign) you’ll keep a close eye on our daily campaigns, apply claw backs where needed and ensure that all campaigns have gone at on time and as expected. You’ll take ownership of building new exciting and engaging campaigns and become a data expert in your area of the customer journey.This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to take the first step towards specialising in Database Marketing and CRM This role is being offered on a 12 month fixed term maternity cover What you will be doing As a Marketing Executive you will be responsible for the maintenance and scheduling of our automated multi-channel daily/weekly campaigns. You will ensure that data attributes are available for the successful scheduling of the daily run and raise issue logs with internal/external stakeholders if we have failures. You’ll need to be proactive and on top of multiple daily reports from stakeholders across the business assessing any potential issues which may impact our campaign performance. You’ll work very closely with colleagues in your team and assist in the resolution of campaign flowchart failures. Optimization and enhancements will play a key responsibility in your role. You’ll assess current performances and advise colleagues on better ways of selecting customers in accordance of data briefs. You’ll assist in the Quality Assurance (QA) of our campaigns. Checking and validating that campaign selections are best in class. As a Marketing Executive you will work with stakeholders across the business to build new and engaging campaigns on our new tool - Campaign Self Service. Working on our core brands you’ll act as a data expert, advise stakeholders on what is achievable and work with internal teams to implement new data feeds, analytical requirements and arrange for SFTP access when needed. You’ll be confident about our data selections and ensure that we adhere to our Data Protection Policy at all times. What we are looking for A genuine interest in CRM and Database Marketing Experience in CRM or campaign selections beneficial Experience of Campaign Management Tools (Unica preferred) beneficial Strong on Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
