In this role you would work as part of the Creative Team to deliver inspiring, innovative and expert creative solutions for our brands. The ideal candidate will have solid Agency experience, an excellent understanding of design for print and digital and proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud. You’ll need credible presenting and pitching skills, and the drive and ambition to promote our services to the 20+ brands that we have access to. Duties Include: Deliver creative, innovative, engaging solutions in commercial situations from conception through to execution. E.g. participating in client briefings, providing estimates, leading brainstorming sessions, undertaking research, scamping ideas, conceptualising ideas, creative direction, presenting. Work closely with the Account Manager and client to advise and contribute effectively throughout the briefing and creative process with a ‘right first time’ attitude. Effectively manage own work and work as part of a team to ensure work exceeds client expectations, is delivered to a high standard, on brand, on time, and on budget. Working off site when required to support the business needs. Pitching conceptual design and creative ideas, engaging existing and new clients in order to ‘win’ new business. Takes ownership of continual professional development utilising latest technologies and trends across digital and print to consistently deliver a high standard of creative excellence. Provides accurate time estimates required to complete work and takes ownership to deliver work accordingly. An understanding of our brands and the industry they operate in, adding value by applying this knowledge to deliver innovative solutions in commercial situations Collaborates and works effectively with the wider team. Mentoring studio members, working hand in hand with the Creative Team leader to build a high performance culture and providing cover in absence. Why us?
