Overall Job Purpose You will report into the Head of Digital Marketing (Acquisition) to help deliver the Health digital acquisition plan for health insurance to achieve desired response and revenue targets. Accountabilities Write, build, test and optimise onsite digital customer journeys for health insurance and Vitality pages to improve conversion rate to turn prospects into leads Work with stakeholders to prioritise the development of new, optimisation of existing and retirement of old digital experiences using A/B or multi-variate tests with business cases, to improve customer experience, reduce abandonment rate and improve conversion rate Create, manage and deliver all onsite digital content for health insurance, including full copy, design, SEO, legal and compliance approvals Work with other content manages and teams to repurpose content into SEO acquisition friendly pages and journeys Use analytics to monitor performance and make recommendations to drive the content and development optimisation plan Be a subject matter expert to ensure all content adheres to brand tone of voice guidelines, target audience insights, is technically correct from a Product and Compliance perspective and conforms to digital and customer experience best practice guidelines Track and report on all digital customer journeys and campaigns and provide recommendations for future optimisation Manage projects, as and when required, and work with different teams and stakeholders (including digital marketing, digital product, design, product, operations, compliance and legal). Work alongside the SEO and Digital Marketing teams to ensure digital journeys align with PPC, display, aggregators and affiliates Set and manage expectations of internal stakeholders, providing regular updates and recommendations Skills Required Essential Demonstrable experience in a digital marketing content role Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems (Sitecore and Wordpress) Strong experience in working in an agile environment with digital teams Strong understanding of digital user experience, SEO and accessibility Experience of Personalising landing pages Strong analytical skills and experience (e.g. Google Analytics, Adobe Suite and Excel) to build and generate reports in order to make data-driven decisions Strong copywriting and proofreading ability for all forms of digital copy including web, email and social media Desire to plan, strategise and thrive in the rigors of fast-paced high-profile projects and demanding creative environments Self-directed, organised, efficient: able to manage multiple, complex decisions at once, across multiple teams and locations A strong, effective communicator, collaborator, presenter and negotiator A keen attention to detail, accuracy and timescales Capacity to prioritise and work across multiple projects Confidence in building a rapport with stakeholders and nurturing good working relationships Commercially-minded: develops expert knowledge of industry, competitive, and complementary products and businesses.
