Job Title: Fashion Digital Marketing Assistant Reports to : Managing Director We are on the lookout for exciting new talent that can help us build a loyal and engaged social media following for all 3 of our brands. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking for the opportunity to showcase their creativity and ability in digital marketing and see fast results. You will be working in conjunction with a Digital Marketing company, engaged by the Lovett & Co, who will provide guidance on the company’s key objectives and strategy. It will be your job to put into action the tasks to achieve these objectives. The role will include the management of our UK and international accounts with Amazon, NOTHS and Fy! You will also be playing a key role in the development and role out of our new website. Day to day Research and write topical blog posts for the company website Manage the Instagram FB and Pinterest account sourcing/creating original photography, designing posts and engaging relevant influencers Discover & evaluate competitors making recommendations Apply on-page optimization by uploading new content and filling out page titles, meta descriptions, and image alt tags Compiling weekly report data on traffic & rankings using Google Analytics making recommendations for improvements Run PPC accounts for NOTHS, Amazon and Google under guidance of digital marketing strategy to reach ROI targets Analyse sales performance and customer engagement in line with strategy Assisting in the preparation of promotional material for trade exhibitions, attendance at exhibitions and sales lead follow up. Skills Range To succeed in this role you’ll need a combination of problem-solving, analytical and executional strengths. Your core competence will be in understanding the dynamic social media landscape – and knowing where best to place our products within it. You’ll deliver recommendations to meet objectives, on time and to high standard. You will be flexible in your approach and always searching for new solutions and new techniques. A keen interest in fashion and how to reach target customers online Degree in Digital Marketing is preferable but not essential with the right experience Must be able to be creative and relevant in approach to content writing Data research and analysis skills Attention to detail, excellent spelling and grammar Deadline/target-oriented with effective time-management skills Entry level knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Webmaster, SEO WordPress and/or HTML/CSS tools.
